Do you have a site plan or previous tree survey?

Please upload any relevant drawings (in any format), ideally showing the location of all trees to be assessed

A CAD drawing will be required to complete your BS5837 survey.

For compatibility with our tree survey software, the Topographical drawing should conform to these specifications:

• Trees within – and close to – the site should be accurately located on the drawing
• It must be an ASCII DXF (not Binary; we can convert from DWG if necessary)
• The drawing must be fully “exploded”
• XREFs removed (links to external files)
• It must be correctly oriented (north to the top)
• If possible, the drawing should be scaled and geo-referenced

For each of our tree assessment services, we will require suitable access to fully view and assess the tree(s). If access to a tree is blocked, we may not be able to carry out necessary assessments

Please make us aware of any restrictions or hazards that may prevent or impair such access.

This includes any features preventing clear access to tree(s), such as dense vegetation, ivy, debris, built features and/or natural features. We need to be able to see the whole tree, including the lower stem, to make a full assessment

Site access restrictions may include manned guarding or locked gates, an ongoing development site or an induction is required prior to entry

For our risk and safety assessment, please list any known hazards on site (including difficult terrain, steep banks, ponds, rivers, excavations, debris etc.
